Nimda AI ("we", "us", or "our") is fully committed to user privacy, data transparency, and your fundamental right to control your personal information.

In strict compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies (specifically the Account Deletion and User Data Policy), this public portal provides users with a direct, transparent, and frictionless method to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data—regardless of whether they still have the Nimda AI mobile application installed on their device.

Whether you delete your account directly through the mobile app or via this web portal, your decision is respected, legally binding, and irreversible.

2. Official Deletion Pathways

Recommended Pathway

Pathway A: Instant In-App Self-Service Deletion

If you currently have the Nimda AI application installed on your Android device:

  1. Step 1: Open the Nimda AI app on your phone.
  2. Step 2: Sign in to your account (if not already authenticated).
  3. Step 3: Tap the "Settings" / "Account" icon located on the top header or main menu.
  4. Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom section labeled "Danger Zone".
  5. Step 5: Tap the option titled "Delete Account".
  6. Step 6: A confirmation dialog will appear warning you that this action is permanent. Confirm your decision by tapping "Delete My Account".
  7. Step 7: For security and identity verification, you may be prompted to re-enter your password or re-authenticate via Google Sign-In.
Result: Your account record, credentials, and authentication tokens are immediately and permanently eradicated from Firebase Authentication within seconds (< 10 seconds).

Pathway B: Public Web-Based Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled Nimda AI, lost access to your mobile device, or prefer to submit a formal deletion request via the web, you do NOT need to reinstall the app:

  1. Step 1: Send an email directly to our official privacy desk:

  2. Step 2: Send the email from the exact email address associated with your Nimda AI account. This email serves as your primary verification of account ownership.
  3. Step 3: In the email body, include the following statement:
    "I request the permanent deletion of my Nimda AI user account and all associated personal data, consultation history, and media records under package com.nimda.nimda_ai."
  4. Step 4: (Optional) If you signed in via Google Sign-In, include your Google account email address.
  5. Step 5: Our data protection team will verify your ownership and send an acknowledgment email within 48 to 72 hours. Your entire data footprint will be completely purged within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

3. Comprehensive Inventory of Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion is processed, the following data categories are permanently and irreversibly purged:

4. Inventory of Data Retained (If Any) and Legal Justification

We believe in true data minimization. As a general rule:

WE DO NOT RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFYING DATA FOLLOWING ACCOUNT DELETION.

However, in strict accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and legal standards, the following non-identifiable exceptions may apply:

  1. Fully Anonymized Aggregated Telemetry:
    Aggregated system reliability metrics (e.g., aggregate app crash counts, server response latency histograms, or high-level error frequency). These data points are completely stripped of IP addresses, user IDs, device IDs, and timestamps, making it technically impossible to link them back to any individual animal owner.
  2. Statutory Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
    If required by applicable law, law enforcement subpoena, tax/accounting regulations, or prevention of systemic fraud/abuse, minimal transaction logs may be held in encrypted cold storage for the statutory retention period required by law, after which they are automatically destroyed.
    We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade retained logs under any circumstances.

5. Timeline for Deletion & Verification Process

  • In-App Self-Service (Pathway A):
    • Execution Time: INSTANTANEOUS (< 10 seconds).
    • Your authentication credentials are removed from live Firebase databases immediately upon confirmation.
  • Web Request (Pathway B):
    • Acknowledgment of Request: Within 48 to 72 business hours.
    • Identity Verification: Confirmed via registered email address matching our Firebase Authentication registry.
    • Complete Eradication: Within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of verified receipt (in compliance with GDPR Art. 17 and Google Play policy).
    • Completion Notice: You will receive an official written confirmation email once the purge is finalized.

6. Consequences of Account Deletion

Please review the following consequences before proceeding:

  1. Permanent Loss of Triage History: You will lose access to all past veterinary guidance, first-aid summaries, and diagnostic timelines generated for your animals.
  2. Irrevocability: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered or restored by our support staff.
  3. Re-registration: You are always welcome to use Nimda AI again in the future by downloading the app and registering a brand-new account. However, your previous history will not be linked.

7. Google Play Store & Data Safety Transparency

In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety Section:

  • Data Transfer: All user data transferred between the mobile app, backend servers, and Google Firebase is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / SSL.
  • Third-Party Sharing: Nimda AI does NOT share user personal data with advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing analytics trackers.
  • Deletion Link Accessibility: This public deletion portal is hyperlinked directly from the Google Play Store listing and within the Nimda AI mobile app settings.
